You have used this God-given metaphor to remind us that we should "hate" death, not embrace it as Stoics. Death is bad, period! And the hope the Scripture gives us is not dying to see Jesus but resurrection when we will see Jesus in our body on the earth. Yes, we see him at death but then we are "not clothed," whatever that means. We are not whole until the resurrection. We sow a body into the earth as seed into the ground. Our real hope is we will be raised.&lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt;Thus Spring is coming for us! I rejoiced as I read your blog and realized that we will both be raised in that final day, raised into an eternal fellowship on the earth that is without sin.
